My name is Shannon Bauer. I was born in Michigan and now live right outside of Cincinnati, OH. I've always had an interest in art and loved to draw and paint as a child, but I took my first formal painting class when I was in college as an art major with a graphic design concentration. I'm still working on roses. This is probably the 5th or 6th one I've tried to paint. All the others before this have been thrown out in frustration. I'm happy with this one because I feel like I've made some progress.
